What I collect
Account data. If you create an account, I store your email address and authentication details. If you sign in with Google, I receive your email address and name from Google.
Submission data. If you submit an agent, I store what you enter in the form along with your account ID.
Why I collect it, and the lawful basis
- To operate your account and let you submit and edit listings — performance of a contract.
- To review submissions and prevent spam — legitimate interests.
Who processes your data
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Lovable — application hosting.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards.
I do not sell your data. I do not share it with advertisers. There is no advertising or profiling on this site.
How long I keep it
Account and submission data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, it is removed within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to processing, and receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
